We are a Mexican winery in the Highlands of Jalisco, we create authentic wines through spontaneous fermentations with wild yeasts and minimal intervention, with respect for the terroir and through human effort.
We serve a community that is conscious of our customers, employees, the region, and the environment.
We do this through sustainable, responsible and regenerative practices, combining tradition and technique.
We work to conserve the land, honor its history, and provide unique experiences that connect people with the value of healthy, authentic wine.
First Jalisco vineyard and winery certified organic in Mexico and the United States by Ecocert.
