We do an ecological management of the vineyard, through minimum tillage, we use cover crops in corridors, natural fertilizers (compost) and products compatible with organic farming. All weeding is done manually and mechanically, we do not use chemical herbicides.
We are currently in the process of obtaining an organic certification.
We control the yield of the production by means of green harvests, to obtain the maximum quality in the fruit.
We carry out the harvest manually, collecting in boxes with less than 15 kg. To avoid the deterioration of the grapes, a manual selection is subsequently made to allow only healthy grapes to pass through the winemaking process.
The harvest takes place at the beginning of the morning, and the harvested grapes are immediately refrigerated. The transport to the winery is also carried out under refrigerated conditions, guaranteeing the optimal conservation of the raw material.
Our technical advisor in the vineyard is Ing. Trinidad Jiménez, Master in Viticulture from the University of Montpellier, France.
