Vineyard

Encarnación de Díaz · 6,315.62 feet · Los Altos de Jalisco

The origin of our wines

Our vineyard is located in Encarnación de Díaz, Jalisco, in the heart of Los Altos, at 6,315.62 feet above sea level. The altitude, sunny days, and cool nights create a microclimate that gives rise to wines of natural freshness, balance, and authentic character.

Here, wine is born in the land: from caring for the soil, patiently observing the climate, and respecting the rhythms of nature.

Hands that listen to the earth

The harvest is done by hand , bunch by bunch, at its ideal point of ripeness. Fermentations are spontaneous , driven by the wild yeasts that inhabit the vineyard and the winery.

We don't look for identical wines every year: we look for vibrant expressions that tell the story of each harvest.
